: this was literally perfect we would just recommend another umbrella for the patio and a little table or two to keep by your sun lounger. it may seem such small things to bring up but it is literally all we could find as a way to improve perfection.

: The location of this property is perfect. Not just because it is literally right on a lovely small beach, but it is central to the main strip and the old town/marina. There are plenty of towels available so no need to take any (although they are well worn, maybe time to replace with new ones). Lots of space and storage for 4 people, great terrace space and sun loungers/outdoor table & chairs. Felt so safe in this location, very quiet too on a night. The double bed was unbelievably comfortable!!
: No air conditioning!! Oh my god it was so hot, although fans are at the property, we all found it too hot, no respite form the heat.

: Only 1 visit by cleaners in a 2 week stayEn-suite bathroom needed a deep clean, grout & sealant renewed.A sun canopy would be beneficial as neighbouring properties - Only 1 sun parasol.

: Superb location - step out of the property onto Play Chica beach, which is lovely. Really good size bedrooms and living room. Lovely long terrace for sitting out on but good shade if you need it. Ideally situated between Puerto del Carmen strip and old town. Front door onto promenade and back door onto road was useful.
: No hanging space in wardrobes to accommodate long items (dresses etc.). Wipe round cloths and washing machine capsules not provided (tea towels and sponge scourers were provided though). Hand wash dispensers would have been nice.
