  : Very dated needs to be updated badly and the beds are shocking steel prison beds thats what they are the place is out of date needs to improve big time along way to go to compare to the other hotels on the island and get rid of the little ants running everywhere 1st time staying at this hotel and will never stay here again do not like the place one bit

  : All staff members I spoke with were polite and helpful.
  : There are lots of stone steps to get to rooms and the pool bar. I struggle with my knees, so this was difficult. Security was obviously still a struggle for this hotel as another guest had their room broken into while we were there. This prevented my ability to relax and unwind.

  : The location able to sit in sun till around 8pm if you wished in the pool bar area. Nice Quiet location if the residents of hotel are....
  : Sunbeds locked up till 10am. Dated accommodation only one bar at the pool and have to purchase a cup (refunded if you don't feel should put in tips). Pool shut at 6pm and open 10am unable to really enforce but unnecessary.Food basic not go hungry as always something to eat, but probably worst selection I have had the holiday pleasure of trying before.

  : Good location, only a few euro in the taxi to the town, and close to the airport. Large selection of all inclusive cocktails which were nice. Plenty of sun loungers available and chairs at the bar. Staff were really friendly
  : Arrived to the hotel to be told the room we booked wasnt available and we were given a studio apartment so wasnt a great start but were given all inclusive to compensate. We got to our room and the room STUNK of mould. We left the window open the whole stay and the smell still hit you as you walked in. Shower went hot and cold constantly, single beds that were so uncomfortable with only 1 FLAT pillow. Room wasnt cleaned during our stay. Door didnt shut properly, bathroom door didnt close properly either. Room was completely run down with power sockets broken and even hanging out of walls. Not a lot of choice on food and was fairly poor. Multiple cockroaches seen around the hotel and just overall unclean and run down. Entertainment on a couple of nights a week and hotel was lively but very noisy when people are coming back 5/6am and having to slam doors as they dont close properly! No balcony or outside space, just a couple of plastic chairs outside the door and a view of a brick wall. Smelt of weed constantly so wouldnt recommend for a family. Room was so noisy would get woken up multiple times a night and the noise from upstairs was horrendous! (Above us was not another room but a staff area, not sure what the space above was actually used for but it was incredibly loud). For a small but very lovely hotel I was surprised there was no activities during the day and only nighttime entertainment 2 nights a week.
