  : We liked the location and the pool area. Paulo was excellent at the pool bar. Reception was also very professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
  : The accommodation does not warrant the price we paid. Extremely dated and when we enquired from other residents about Blocks A - H (which appeared more modern on the exterior ) they said there wasn't much of a difference but they were also more expensive. We will not be returning as we have stayed in far superior places in Puerto del Carmen for less than half the price and location was just as convenient.

  : The apartment could do with upgrading looks to me as if it has been years since it was updated, it was very clean and the staff were excellent they couldnt have done more excellent staff, the bed was basic and I would prefer a double bed

  : Nothing this time. We had to check out early and find somewhere else to stay.
  : We were placed on the left side of property where there are now commercial bins directly next to the apartments. These bins service all of puerto del carmen businesses. These bins are filled and emptied by lorrys and large wheelie bins throughout the day and night. If you are placed on one of the 4-5 blocks the left side of reception dont expect any sleep. As soon as you think its finished at 2 or 3am another lorry or wheelie bin tips a load of glass bottles into the large bin outside your window. Although this is nothing to do with the hotel, placing the only family with young children staying at the hotel at the time was within the hotels control. We arrived Christmas Eve and spent the whole Christmas looking for somewhere else to stay. With no resolution or help from the hotel. No refund or discount offered they only refunded the last night that we didnt stay. The manager would not come to meet me to resolve and I still have not heard from management despite repeated requests!

  : Location is great for New Town and for walking and cycling.
  : There was quite a smell from a drain just outside our apartment. Also, within the apartment there was very little space for hanging clothes, and a great shortage of shelving for cosmetics and the like.

  : The staff were excellent, so friendly and always willing to help - particularly the young girl behind the pool bar, very talented barmaid. The location is ideal, with plenty to do and see nearby.
  : The beds. They were very uncomfortable to sleep on.
