  : The apartment is in a great area of Puerto Del Carmen, just a few minutes walk to the main strip and has a Spar supermarket located next door. Julia is a lovely host, kept in good communication and allowed me to collect the keys early. The apartment was very clean and tidy on arrival. The best thing about this apartment though is the fantastic ocean view!
  : Unfortunately the apartment is in great need of some money being spent on it, with broken furniture, uncomfortable beds, a badly equipped kitchen and the photos shown here were obviously taken some time ago and do not depict the apartment accurately. It definitely was not worth the money I paid for it and there are a lot of better options for the same price in this area. I was disappointed by my stay here.

  : The washing machine did not work properly as the drum was wedged against the side fitting, water not draining away. The microwave was all burnt inside so did not use.

  : the property was in a good location. plenty of hot water.
  : electric plug socket by sink hanging off wall exposing wires. bulbs broken in bedroom and bathroom. front door handle loose. light switch by front door loose. microwave dish doesnt turn on turntable. no egg cups. Light in porch only fixed on our 12 night so had to take torch out with us.
