  : We were in apt. G11. Location, location, location, ideal for diving and swimming off Playa Chica Beach. Lovely eateries all round too especially liked Playa bar at playa Chica. The French restaurant Marinero at the lane of 3 bed apts in Los Jardines and Casa Del Parmigiano up near Fariones Hotel bit in fairness everywhere we ate was lovely.
  : No oven. No key to back entrance door on apt, had to come in out of front door. No big problem though.

  : Nu sunscreen at the balconey. No cleaning during our stay from 10 days. Entrance way to the appartment was very old and looked cancelled. .

  : Close to the beach and old town.theres a local shop close by which is ok priced.No swimming pool but you can use the hotels pool and its got a cheap enough bar by the pool.Beds are comthy and the cleaner calls every 3 days.
  : Watch the washing machine! It chewed up some of our clothes! No iron or board there.No air con which stressed me out soon as we went into the apartment! It was wild warm but if you leave the main bedroom window open and the patio door open at the other end of the apartment it gets a natural draft going which keeps it cool but if you worry about security its not for you.theres fixed shutters in the bedroom and patio is one floor up so it didnt bother us.Outside looks like its not been painted in years but inside was nice.The second room was abit small for bunkbeds as one bed pulls out under the other,which inturn you cant open the bedroom door if its pulled out

  : Lovely view. Good location for harbour with restaurants and bars nearby. Quiet apart from yapping dog in nearby appartment. Comfortable beds.
  : Location was in a tired/rundown block of apartments not as pictured in duplex garden photo. G25 is the bottom flat on the left in my photo. Very disappointed upon arrival but once in appreciated the view and location. Communal entrance area was shabby and dirty. Had to step over cockroaches! Flat was stuffy unless patio doors were open. Paint flaking off and falling on patio when windy. Shower didn't work on the holder. Very small half bath to stand in with wobbly screens. Toilets could do with a deep clean around and under the rims and beware the rule of toilet paper only in bins not down toilets. Bathroom needs updating.The 2nd toilet is like a small cupboard! You have to like a bright turquoise theme with faux leather sofa! Chose to use twin room as double room was dark and dingey as window opened onto communal entrance passage with closed shutters. Despite all this we did have a comfortable stay once we were used to it!

  : The property has one of the best locations for Playa Chica and the Old Town. It is private, and quiet, good for relaxing with a book or to just unwind. The cleaning routine was excellent, and very professional. the Appartment was cleaned five times during the week, with regular change of towels and a bedding change mid week. the cleaners were lovely people. The property was not the one shown in the photo but located in the block of apartments next to the terrace shown (see comment about finding the Appartment below)
  : The best way to describe this property is mean or minimal functionality For 630 for the week, it was poor value for money. Three chairs for a four person Appartment, literally four knives, forks, spoons, etc. Minimal cooking utensils etc. Fine if you want to eat out all the time, not so good if you want to cook in the Appartment. - No WiFi - you have to pay 50 cash deposit for a modem.- No English speaking TV channels or streaming service, or satellite TV (free to air Spanish TV only).- No Air con so another 10 cash deposit and 16 rental fee for a fan.- No clothes iron (although there was an ironing board) another 10 cash deposit and rental fee.- No hair dryer another 10 cash deposit and 16 rental fee.On arrival (at night) we were given the wrong Appartment keys and number, and the staff didnt know where the Appartment was, so we were on a wild goose chase for half an hour before having to return to reception and get the right keys. The receptionist said there was open WiFi, and didnt even know there wasnt any WiFi in the block. We previously stayed in an Appartment next to the one shown in the photo, so location and cleaning were the same as here. That Appartment got a 5 star rating because it was privately owned so was nicely fitted out and no extras rental costs.
