  : Receptionist was very kind, helpful, we received a lot of information from him. The hotel is in the center of Puerta de la Cruz - with its advantages and disadvantages. The original, authentic old part of the hotel is nice. The breakfast is a quite average continental one, unfortunately with only a few vegetables, but overall you can find something to eat.
  : Parking near the hotel is really challenging, have to be lucky to find a spot in the only free parking space or on the streets. The rooms of hotel are very 80s, all the furnitures are old (one door of our wardrobe was even missing) and smell like old furnitures from the 80s. There are only a few sockets (3 in the room, whereof 2 are occupied by the TV and the phone). The bathroom assemblies are also old, the door of the shower cubicle did not work well, the toilet flash button had to be touched very gently to get worked. The tap was moving as well. One of our towels had weird brown smudges. The air condition system is also very old and its efficiency is poor. We never had a chance to try the swimming pool as it was open only between 10 and 18. Wi-fi signal was lost in some parts of the room (like in the bed).

  : Breakfast wasnt great. Hot food was cold. Lack of staff in dining hall in a morning. Had to make up our own table each morning. Dirty plates and cups left on the tables.Bedrooms were too hot, supposed to be air conditioned but wasnt working.Lack of staff in the bar and couldnt get served.

  : This is a really lovely hotel. The rooms are very nice, the pool great. Loads of lovely communal areas to sit. Perfect location for Puerto de la Cruz- close to everything.
  : I wasnt a big fan of the breakfast. May be a personal thing. I would prefer simple, high quality fruit , porridge , healthy options

  : We loved the location & the extreamly comfy beds.The bar area is very nice.
  : The bar staff were not very happy at all & did their up most to avoid eye contact so as to not have to serve you.When they did serve you every single time they got our order wrong the service was incredibley poor & the breakfast was absolutely awful...eggs were under cooked & everything on the hot counter was cold, pastrys were very dry & there is no order to anything what's so EVER even though breakfast was included in the price out of our 3 nite stay we ate breakfast out twice.
