  : The pool, garden, location, house size.
  : Cleanliness, stink in the bathroom, clogged bathtub, a smell of moist/mold, lack of toilet paper on the arrival, old furniture/appliances, dirty plates in the kitchen, lack of cover for the baby bed, disgusting smell from the canal made it impossible to stay there for a few minutes, additionally some smell of mould/fungus inside.One minor thing in the kitchen - I do not know if its a Spanish custom, but in the kitchen there were no dish sponge, and we were left with 2 dishwasher tablets for 7 days, for 6 people! I am aware that sometimes you need to get some extra things on your own, but on Sunday evening, we were driving through Mallorca to buy some basic equipment you normally have at the rental (toilet paper, sponges, more dishwasher tablets, a cover for a kid, kitchen towel). We asked for an extra cot for a 2-year old who accompanied us. Yes, we got the cot, but the mattress (if I could call that a mattress) was far from meeting any standards. It was rather some inflatable plastic "thing" in which the kid was sinking in. Most of the days the kid had to sleep in bed with us cause it was lame to see him like that. On top of that,the cot did not include a cover, so we needed to improvise and cover the kid on the arrival day with some spare towels. The cot offer was in the advertisement of the house and was one of the reason to take this property. If you offer something it needs to meet certain standards The property inside had very old/used equipment. The house was cleaned from the inside, but when you opened drawers, cabinets - it was not clean, and the kitchen utensils and plates were covered with old grease. Additionally, the mosquito nets outside of the windows were broken, and the mosquitos could easily get inside.
