  : It really is a great location with a great view. Rest and relaxation are very possible. The owner is very committed and friendly and helpful if there are any problems.The house offers plenty of space for family and also space to relax

  : It was a 15 min walk into Port de Pollenca which was very easy. The pool was great and the terrace was lovely to have food and drink on.
  : The oven was old and not great. The one tin opener didn't work. We were left only 2 bin bags and 2 dishwasher tablets. Otherwise the kitchen was ok.

  : 1 a bit dark. 2 key locks need sorting as we had difficulty on arrival getting in to the prooerty3 why security cameras and microphones spying on us? we felt uncomfortable4 small things which could make a difference were:-only five dishwashers tabs for a seven day stay- not enough cleaning materials /soaps -no cutlery and plastic plates bowls cups suitable for smaller children

  : This property was great, the outdoor space was really well kept and spacious, nice decent sized pool. All the villa rooms where decent size and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Living space is comfortable. Outdoor dining table and seating area is nice. The location is in a beautiful setting with hills in the backdrop and a nice 15 min walk to beach, 7-8 min walk to the supermarket. All in all Id give this villa a score of 8/10 with just needing a few things improving to score higher
  : The property interior is typical Spanish villa and deco which is fine but it could do with a little improvements here and there and modernising a little. The kitchen is small with small fridge for family of six, a small electric oven and hob with low surface making not ideal for small children around when cooking. The bathrooms are very dated and could do with modernising and little things like not all light fittings worked. All the door locks to the property are difficult to open/lock and need some ironmongery repairs/replacing. There was only one parasol which isnt enough for 6 sun loungers and families. The owner did bring another after requesting most of the week but not until second last day. The garden sprinklers came on every day around 4pm right where all the sun loungers are. We got soaked there. We had electrical items that got drenched, This also meant for 30 mins or so you couldnt use that area and had to move all towels, bags etc away from the grasses area. The timings need changing for this or at minimum a sign explaining to guest when sprinklers would come on. Bedrooms upstairs would benefit adding some mirrors

  : The villa is in an excellent quiet position but an easy walk to the centre. It has 3 lovely big bedrooms. Nicely decorated throughout with beautiful art on the walls. Fabulous pool. Plenty of parking space.
  : The kitchen is a little small and the cooking facilities dated for the size of the property. No problem if you are eating out mostly.

  : The location of the property was good with a short walk to the centre Property was spacious with a very Spanish feel to it. Netflix was provided which was unexpected. Welcome pack with wine and food much appreciated :-) JS properties sorted out a power failure on our last night and visited the property ( Thanks Sheree)
  : The Villa was good but could have been so much better with some attention to detail. JS properties were quick to respond to issues but we had a dripping air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms for the whole of our stay. They did send someone out to repair but it wasn't rectified. However they did let us have extra towels to mop up the water dripping on to the floor and the bed. Sprinklers came on at 4pm every day ( as per previous review) meaning we had to vacate the pool area This was rectified shortly before we left. Also the gardener turned up to mow the lawn on Saturday morning when we were all enjoying the pool - we had to move and that meant 2 hours wasted. I understand that this job needs to be done ( and he did a great job) but some communication to warn us of this wouldn't have gone amiss! We could have made alternative plans to go to the beach! Other niggles with the property some as previously mentioned. Parasols broken. Some doors stiff to the property and difficult to lock. Provision of mirrors to bedrooms upstairs and possibly some hooks would have made a difference together with the provision of plastic plates /cups for outside use, a plug in the kitchen sink!
