  : The hotel is one street back from beach and very central to everything in the area. The design is clean , white Ibiza beachy vibe. Staff are super efficient and friendly. Reception staff exceptional.
  : The pool doesnt open until 10am which means no pre breakfast swim. The apartment is very basic. Do they even need kitchen facilities if everyone half board? The bed was a campbed style base which moved when turning. Bathroom tiny.

  : The common areas of the hotel were bright and nicely designed and the staff were all very nice and helpful, particularly Carmen and Deseree on reception. The breakfast wasnt bad but dont expect anything different from one day to the next. The location is great and it was very clean and well organised. The gyms also pretty good.
  : The rooms are quite big, bright and they have the things you need. They are quite basic though. The mattresses are really firm and the pillows arent comfortable. The food at dinner is okay but not restaurant standard. A lot of its really bland and it was almost the same on the the days we ate there. The pool area is quite nice but there is not a lot of personal space because theres too many sun loungers for the space they have. One very noticeable thing we noticed about the hotel was the fact that it lacks atmosphere. I cant put my finger on it but its missing something. Its a typical resort hotel with a relatively high price so I was expecting more to be honest. I am baffled why so many people are leaving such glowing accounts of what its like to stay there but I guess we all want different things! We still had a lovely time but I dont think the hotel had a lot to do with that.

  : Very good location, a few minutes walk from local restaurant and the beach. Staff were so helpful and friendly, rooms were adequate and clean and the food was good.
  : Outdoor jacuzzi and pool were very cold, drinks quite expensive and room wasnt as big as I thought the picture advertised.

  : Location & friendly staff.
  : - BEDROOM: They do not offer a real bed. It is a table with legs and a mattress on top that moves around and is noisy, with the slightless movement. We talked to the manager and they called some technicians but the excuse was that the bed had some legs so the cleaning room service could vacuum the floor (more on the cleaning service later), so they fixed it but no, they did not.So my partner and I ended up sleeping separately. - SOFA: It was comfortable. No bedding provided though, we had to dismantle the bedding from the bedroom and share it with the sofa. Upon the 1st room service on the 3 day (since they do not clean your room every day but only every second day or offen if you ask for it), they provided more bed sheets, but we knew they just moved them around, probably even from other rooms because my sofa had then the bedroom sheets and the bedroom had new stains, not fresh :D The joy! -FOOD: they have pescetarian and vegetarian options. Many times the fruits (kiwis) were dry like a stone, some of the items from the night before were revamped into new items that when tasting them, felt old. You might get something really fresh or something 3-4 days old. CUTLERY, PLATES & Co: everything is DIRTY. From the FIRST dinner, I grab a plate and it is full of food leftovers, I take another one, also dirty and filled with stains! And I told it to the manager there and she was super grateful I mentioned it to her, but it did not improve. Every day we were fighting with the plates, trying to find the least disgusting one. Coffee cups were sometimes dirty, the coffee jar in the morning was filled with fingerprints. - BREAKFAST selection: very basic, eggs, cheese, bread. Nothing WOW 4 stars. All the cakes and pastries are store bought. DINNER: every second day there is a la carte menu, which is decent. The vegetarian options are alright, the meat options are all very mediocre, everything tastes like nothing, overcooked or just plain.

  : 2 single beds pushed together a little awkward as a couple King sized mattress protectors would solve that for couples pretty cheaply!

  : Phenomenal staff, extremely clean and great location
  : The food was plentiful - lots of choices for both breakfast and dinner - however it was bland. Im a bit of a foodie :-))
