  : Great sea views and dedicated balcony. Lovely staff and very clean hotel - both the public areas and the rooms. Always managed to find two sunbeds together and onsite facilities were well maintained. If all we'd wanted to do was sunbathe and socialise, we could have stayed in the hotel all week. Easy access to swim in the sea and 'animacion' for those who wanted some yoga or sport. Stunning views of the rugged coastlines. Big shout out to Jomonjo, Marta, Adrian, Dana and others in the frontline team who really put the effort in to being great hosts.
  : Food was okay - plenty of choice and we could always find something to eat. However, not inspiring and many dishes were either too bland, or hilariously over salted. We didn't come home any heavier than we left! Also, the deposits for the sun towels needs to be with cash, whereas everything else can be paid with card - this still seems a non-sensical decision. The only available cash machine charges 3.95 euros to use! This was (almost) the only cash I had to take out on holiday - thanks Globales for pretending the pandemic didn't happen. Oh and don't forget to buy mosquito repellent once you arrive in Mallorca - this appears to be a big issue in the north east of the island.

  : The location off the main road and the main tourist areas is a bonus. We loved it. The village is quiet. The view to the sea is marvelous. The stuff is quite nice. Rooftop pool is nice. Unfortunately, here ends the good part.
  : Deposits and extra payments for everything - deposit + 6/day for an iron - deposit + per day for the safe in the room - deposit for towels Strong moisture smell in the room. Minibar in a wardrobe, so it can not cool down properly. The balcony was dirty, could be cleaned once in a while. Floors in the room could be cleaned properly. Breakfast was nearly passable - everything that should be cold, was quite warm - everything that should be kept hot, was only warm - the only way to get something good, was to ask the cook to prepare it for you in place Lunch and dinner were not even close to pass as a "alright" - everything that should be cold, was quite warm - everything that should be kept hot, was only warm - taste of most of the food was just as nothing - fruits warm/room temperature (which was like 30) - yogurts and deserts at room temperature

  : breakfast was very average, choice was not great
  : All inclusive as always the drinks were very cheap local drinks. The bar staff were very rude for both days that we were there. The dinner options were terrible, poor quality meat and not a lot of choice. Lunch was far much better with a super choice and I would reccomend for those on half board, changing the dinner to lunch which you can. There are many nice little restaurants for the evening

  : Location is extraordinary, really pleasant to read by the sea with this magnificent view. Staff was very friendly, rooms are well decorated and big.
  : At check in the receptionist wouldnt accept my Spanish passport as a valid identification to register in the hotel. He said that I should present a Spanish identification card because of tax matters. This is the first time Ive been asked for this in a hotel and I often travel to Spain for leisure trips. The receptionist offered an upgrade to compensate for this and he offered a room with a view to the garbage bins which I didnt accept. Showers in the main area by the sea where lacking.Staff at the front desk can use some training about the documents to register a client

  : The staff were always ready to help, there was a variety of food and cooks who could always exchange a few words with you or joke with you. The view from the window to the beach with a private balcony where you can meet sunrises and sunsets was also great.
  : During the entire trip (it was 9 nights) I did not see sheets being changed. It was a little disappointing. I would also like more towels in the room, as having gone to the beach several times, it is inconvenient to use wet ones.
