Disappointing

  : - Beautiful hotel, gardens, plenty of pools- Direct access to a beautiful beach
  : - Extremely rude staff - not unfriendly - rude! Front desk, bars and restaurants. They really make you feel uncomfortable, dont say hi, dont smile, and some especially in the main restaurants even made inappropriate or aggressive comments (e.g when we were sat at the restaurant one of the waiters told us please move your child somewhere else youre on the way). At the bars, when they gave us our drinks (after sometimes a 15-20min wait) and we just took a few seconds to get a straw, they would say please move other customers are waiting. Our check-in took 30 minutes - there were no other customers before us, the man behind the reception desk seemed to completely ignore us and when we waved and said hi a few times, he did not look at us and just said wait please.We have discussed with many people guests who thought the same and mentioned having complained to the guest relationship but it seems that the managers did not really care.The life guards at the pool are useless, most of them are constantly on their phone.That being said the animation staff and cleaning ladies were lovely.- Long queue at bars and restaurants, expect to wait over 20mins for a drink in the afternoon or food at breakfast and dinner time (lunch seems better, probably due to half boards)- Poor offering of activities and animations. At the check in the front desk staff dont spend time to explain how it works so you have to figure out yourself. There is no clear timetable of activities. Most of the animation staff dont actually work for the hotel but for Italian or French holiday clubs, it seems to be a sort of partnership with the hotel. Some activities seem accessible to the guests (e.g aquadance) but many are reserved to the guests who booked with the Italian/French club.

  : No longer a nudisti area available. It Is now an adults Only OneThe food could have bit more diversityHated that pool bars close all at 6 pm

  : The accommodation facility is in a very good location, the territory is not small, but overall, the hotel was very disappointing.
  : The food is tragic, of poor quality, it feels like the ingredients are the cheapest. Queues for food - huge, chaos, noise... Dishes are either burnt or not cooked. It is difficult to find a place near the swimming pools.

  : Loads of reptiles on the hotel corridor and property. Found a reptile on my leg while in bed. No cleaning for 3 days .

  : Huge room, beautiful balcony and spectacular view
  : For 9 days we didn't meet a single person who spoke English. So our child was not able to join kids club and play with somebody

  : Beautiful resort!! Yoga in the mornings and great buffet! Beautiful beach access, rooms well maintained, maintenance quick to come to room if any problems :)
  : Staff often quite rude. At first dinner (themed dinner) no staff acknowledged our group, we were unsure where to sit/where the entrance was. Staff took plates whilst still eating, staff then turned lights off whilst we were still sitting at the restaurant and before time of close. Checkout staff extremely rude!! Very bizarre interaction.
