  : The woman on reception was really helpful and nice. Thats about it really, i wouldnt be staying again
  : We arrived while a lot of building work was going on which we wasnt told about when booking, grinding, banging and all sorts while we tried to sleep. We also saw air con was available at extra cost which was also not available. Too hot in summer to even sleep then being woken up at 8am by building work outside our bedroom window. The shower was filthy on arrival & leaked everywhere when we used it. I wouldnt suggest this hotel to be honest

  : We were told we could leave luggage in a luggage storage on our last day. On that day they told us it wouldn't be possible so we were left with out suitcases on the kerb. The personel was impertinent.

  : lovely and quiet, close to beach and shops. cleaners came everyday ! pool was open 10am-6pm. poolside at and snacks. staff on reception 24 hours.
  : no sun beds on balcony. you werent allowed to take your own drinks by the pool. no parking at apartments.

  : The apartment is perfect in size, cleaned every day, pool is lovely, warm so we could relax long hours at the pool and the kids loved it. The cleaning lady is very kind, never knocked early in the morning, always at the right time.:) The bar is great , we had amazing croissants for breakfast, nice music and later we could enjoy afternoon cocktails.... the barman was very kind.:) The location is good, close to shops, bars, to the beach and plenty of restaurants in just few minutes.
  : The noise from trolleys and the staff making noise around 7 am every morning. There is no air conditioning, ventilators only so it was a bit hot in the bedroom as there is no big window but a very small one, so no enough air. Our booked room details says that there is a sew view, but there are no rooms with sea view in this property , the room details are misleading, except 1 or 2 rooms have some PARTIAL sea view. Hence we were disappointed as the next day was our 2 birthdays in the group of 2 families and we expected a positive emotion. Sorry to say, but since we booked sew view rooms and a bit disappointed, we were pushed to pay the whole amount in order to check in, which was not explained prior the arrival, even though we were very tired from whole day travelling with small kids. The property restaurant is expensive, the food was not very good, you have 10 % discount, as a hotel guest if there is someone to inform you. We were not informed and we paid the full until I asked on the 3rd day. So we never eat there again after 3 days.

  : Apartment absolutely spotless. Shower facilities were very good (no stepping into a bath and pulling a curtain). Modern equipment in kitchen and elsewhere. Swimming pool was perfectly clean and well supervised. Water was perfect. Balcony furniture was robust and good quality. Fine quiet area, no boom boom boom from music by the pool etc which is a pet hate
  : I believe I had paid a bit extra for a room with a sea view. This was not supplied. I thought we had chosen an apartment with air conditioning, there was none except for a ceiling fan. Expected Wi-Fi freely available but when we arrived we were told that there was only Wi-Fi on the balconies. There were a lot of steps between the reception and the room, this would not be suitable for an older person. Was more pleased than displeased with the overall experience and would consider returning. With a very little effort this holiday destination could achieve a higher star rating

  : The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and the staff at the pool bar were fantastic. Rooms clean and comfortable with a nice balcony and roof terrace. The grill served some lovely food. Prices were reasonable.
  : Nothing to dislike.
