  : The apartment was decorated very nicely, and was clean on arrival. The location was perfect.
  : The pool was very cold so a heated pool would be nice. Also we had no where to keep bags once we left the apartment and our flight wasnt until 8pm.

  : Not for 4 persons as we ordered. Only 3 max as to sleep on old squeaky sofa for 2 was impossible. We reported the problem, but hosts dont care.

  : Apartment was nice and clean, maybe little bit simple. Pool was nice. Area was closed and surroundings was quite quiet. Parking was also in closed area. Location is very good, beach, shops and restaurants are very close by. There were all kitchen stuff you need.
  : Maybe there would be a vacuum cleaner, because brush wasn t very good. Sofa was quite old, but when you opened it, it was normal to sleep.

  : - very very clean apartment, good size for a longer stay - nice view, big balcony - the best of all: the bed was so comfortable with very soft linen - air conditioning was very fast and cooled good, and we liked that it was in the living room - well equipped kitchen, toaster and coffee maker worked good - big wardrobe - own parasol was very useful - good and many lamps - issues were solved fast: the washing machine was broken at arrival and hot water was brownish, a few days later we got a new washing machine and new hot water tank! washing machine worked good, clothes dry very good on the balcony on the drying rack and the hot water was colorless again - thanks for acting so fast, Natalia! - near bus stop estacian costa adeje, where many lines are passing by - fruit shop nearby, siam mall also good to reach by foot
  : - next to swimming pool, sometimes other residents and children were loud (fortunately not during the night) - sofabed was sat through, sitting was uncomfortable - we opened it and lying was comfortable - hairdryer blowed a little weak, but no problem in summer times - no Smart-TV/Netflix, but maybe better to enjoy vacation ;-)

  : It was self catering!! The location suited us fine as it was very near to all we needed.
  : I have sent my comments to LACTTB separately but, in summary, there could have been a little more furnishings, cushions, seat pads etc, some kitchen towels, maybe, and a couple more pictures on the wall wouldnt have gone amiss. Another niggle was this business of supplying 200 as a security against any damaged items. My suggestion is that you do away with that, in favour of taking out some contents insurance and charging the client a proportion of the premium. Also, not being able (apparently) to communicate directly with Lovely Apartments, was a pain. Feeding all emails back through booking.com just doesnt work in the timescale. Response is not immediately enough.
