: Distance from airport; View from the balcony; Helpfulness from the owner of the property.
: We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, the main light of the bathroom wasn't working. By Monday the power completely went out in the entire bathroom: no hot water, could not use the hairdryer or the washing machine. Since the issue could not be fixed on the same day the owner offered to move us to a different lodging close by for the remaining 3 days. There was a washing machine and an iron board but no drying rack, which was inconvenient. The building and the apartment seemed to be fairly old. We also did not particularly like the area. It was not possibile to park in the building internal parking lot, and in the area free parking was quite difficult to find, but there was an underground a toll parking close by.

: Comfortable and pleasant basic stay for a modest price. Great location. Interesting and dynamic view from 14th floor from the Teide to the ocean. Rel. quiet nights.Comfortable bed, clean bath with warm water. Compact well stocked kitchen. Good internet.
