: The villa was very spacious and well equipped with a great pool area.
: There was no air conditioning despite a note against a question asked on this site, stating that there was. I raised this with the management company a couple of days after arrival and was told they must have got mixed up on which property they had been referring to. This was very disappointing as the rooms were unbearably hot at night. They did bring us fans but this did not really help much.The sunbeds were made of metal and so got extremely hot in the sun. It would be better if they were plastic or at least had cushions.

: The property is located in a quiet cul de sac opposite the HL Paradise Island Hotel. and close to the taxi rank. It is a very spacious villa with a recessed heated pool not over looked by neighbours. The host Ana was superb and was very easily contactable at all times. Clean, well kept and nice dcor with views down to the Atlantic and across to Fuerteventura. Sleeps six people with ample eating areas both inside, on the upper terrace and by the pool in the large BBQ area. Taxi to the town centre approximately 3.75. There is a small supermarket located in the hotel across the road. Parking space. This is a really nice, quiet area, close enough to the town. Highly recommended.
: Generally speaking it was excellent, we had only one complaint that the beds were incredibly hard and not very comfortable which really let the place down being a Superb rather than an Exceptional.
