  : The location to the beach and restaurants, shops is great, the villa in general was good but it was let down on many small thing that lead to it being disappointing
  : Unfortunately the playroom had a unit in there that had a glass front on it which was broken by the previous renters, (see photos)as the play room was intended for children we found it unacceptable that the unit was still in the playroom, it had sharp glass still around the edge of the unit and there was still broken glass over the floor which could have been very dangerous had our grandchildren trod on the glass, i do not understand why the unit was not removed by the cleaners before we arrived, maybe the room was not checked before we arrived. In the master en suite the door stop was missing, i put my foot on it it was sharp but luckily i did not cut my foot, we advised Dream Homes who are the agents for this property about this, they came out and looked but did nothing about it (see photo) We also found towards the end of the week the pool looked very dirty (please see photos) i find this unacceptable as the pool should be cleaned properly,the villa information book says the pool would be cleaned on the 4th day of our holiday, this did not happen, a dirty pool can be a breeding ground for E. coli, Salmonella, Norovirus etc. Yet again i find this unacceptable. Also as you entered the pool each edge was broken (see photo) In the kitchen there was no bread knife, no proper corkscrew, and no kitchen scissors, for drinking there was only one proper wine glass, and no pint glasses. Due to the problems we had this spoiled our holiday, we recieved no help from the agents who look after the property in Lanzarote, nor did we get any help or back up/support or compensation from Booking.Com due to the state of the property .

  : The outside space was lovely and very private, excellent WiFi too. We also loved the short walk to the sea!
  : Many of the electric sockets didn't work or were very loose on the walls so they could do with having them looked at. Bits of wear and tear here and there but that didn't bother us greatly because the price of this villa is excellent.
