  : Loved the property. I can honestly say we were blown away with how well catered for and everything down to a bountiful supply of condiments, tinfoil and general household products was on site. Pool was great but we spent the majority of our time on the roof terrace which has amazing views and was a welcome relief from our neighbour who would pop his head over the balcony for a chat. He did us a favour actually as we used the roof terrace loads which improved my pool skills and we all had a general laugh in the sun and at night with the gas fire lit.
  : It was all good. My only gripe was the neighbour (who was ok, just a tad over friendly and liked a cigarette) on the adjoining balcony. I wouldn't let this put you off though unless you wanted complete privacy. The roof terrace is completely private.

  : There was someone at the property when we arrived checking that all was ready. We got the keys from the key safe later. The person checking noticed that there was not book to give details of the property as to what to do with rubbish etc and we assumed that it would be dropped later but it never was.

  : This was perfect for what we wanted, a well-located and affordable villa for a self-catered holiday. Location was a 5-10min walk to the beach and not too far of a walk to local restaurants etc. Overall, it was the perfect base for exploring Playa Blanca, but not too close to busier areas. The pool was nice and warm in April and the villa had everything youd need. Minor things - The bathroom drains smelt occasionally. There was a little noise from the road in one room, and a squeaky bed in the other - but both comfy. There are next door neighbours but we had no issues and general visual privacy was great. The host company is there to help if needed. I would stay here again.

  : Lovely villa with a nice pool. Hot tub was great as was roof terrace. Villa very comfy, home away from home. A 10 min walk to a beautiful beach, shops and restaurants. Close to promenade for a stroll.
  : One of the rooms smelt very musty. Could do with mosquitoe nets

  : The pool was a great size, beds were comfy , villa was clean , tv was great, wifi was great .
  : The fact that in photos there was a bed/ lounger by the pool, but there wasnt, there were no brollys for shelter from the sun, the light around the pool did not work, on the roof there was only one pool cue with a tip on, there was no gas in the fire pit , the kitchen had no cupboard space for food.

  : Near playa flamingo. Fab roof terrace. Nice welcome pack.
  : Deafening noise from building work next door. Woken up by hammering and pneumatic drill at 8am first 2 mornings.. The owner kindly moved us to another villa (500 cheaper but we got no refund) but this was 3km from the town so we spent 200 on taxis. Also, no jacuzzi and no roof terrace. I appreciate its not the owners fault if next door are renovating but it was not the relaxing holiday we had planned. He phoned me the day before arrival to tell me there was building work but that it shouldnt impact our stay. Pneumatic drilling certainly did impact our stay. We couldnt hear each other talk and the walls were vibrating. We should have been offered alternative accommodation at the outset. The owner lives under the villa and it is semi detached to next door so its not private unless youre on the roof top terrace. Jacuzzi in very small enclosed courtyard off the kitchen. Strange set up. Pool area very tight for space. Overlooked by neighbouring properties. 2 more construction sites within view. Sought help from booking.com to get compensation but they said because we accepted the alternative villa, they couldnt help.

  : Good location, although a fair amount of building work was going on next door which was a bit noisy. However a visit by a villa host stopped the building going on over the weekend. The villa was really well stocked with the essentials and more in the kitchen. The bedrooms were good sized and the beds comfy. The villa was very clean and well kept and it was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars.
  : Apart from the building work which wasn't in your control, the only niggle was lack of loo roll. Only one in each bathroom which with 5 women in the party, meant we had to buy more. As I say, only a niggle.
