Villa Conil with heated pool and air conditioning

  : The location was fabulous. And the air con in the villa was great.
  : Outdoor area was not cleaned before arrival. Aircon in second bedroom is leaking into the room when it's on. Pool was not clean on arrival but Jorge was great at getting things sorted.

  : Central location - the area where the villa is is really quiet but a 10 minute walk to the main seafront where the restaurants, bars and shops are. Also a 5 minute walk from the bus station and a good sized supermarket Pool was heated and warm enough to swim in January The photos don't do it justice in terms of the view - as other reviewers have said, the photos seem to be of a sister property although very similar. However Villa Conil has a lovely view of a mountain in the distance from the swimming pool area
  : There were a few maintenance issues which I have reported to the host, the villa needs a bit of TLC in places. To be fair, this didn't detract from our enjoyment.

  : The location is excellent the pool and outside area are very good pool was always at an good temperature, kitchen was fine and served all our needs, no interference from management
  : The pool seemed to have an airlock and would make noise during the night, batteries were missing from air con remotes the air con in the main bedroom was left on continuously as we couldn't turn it off, no tea towels for first five days, outdoor lights had a mind of their own, many of the neighbours have chicken! This is no fault of the host

  : Location was good..Double bed was comfortable and onsuite bathroom was nice..Pool table and table tennis were a good extra..
  : Villa was not the same as shown on booking.com Single beds very uncomfortable..Cleanliness of villa was poor..Sofas were covered in stains..Pool was not heated as advertised, we had to ask on 3rd day for pool to be heated..The pool was heated on the 5th day. We only went for a week..The lighting outside didn't work. Bulbs needed replacing. These were replaced on 5th day..Not enough crockery for 5 people, only 2 plates.

  : Clean Bedding & clean towels werent provided until 11th day, we did wash them ourselves which wasnt an issue but it would have been ideal to Jane spates, few missing tiles around the pool, plus pictures used to advertise the villa are of the one next door! Still good value for money though
