  : It was a lovely spacious villa which was spotlessly clean when we arrived. 2 very large bathrooms upstairs and separate wc at the bottom of the stairs. The 2 bedrooms upstairs were very spacious too and a smaller single downstairs. Plenty of storage for cases and clothes. The kitchen was pretty much well equipped. The living room had a tv, large couch/sofa bed and a table and chairs. There were plenty of chairs and loungers outside. The washing machine was outside in the shed which was good as it would of been too noisy inside as everything echoes as its all tiled. The pool was a good size but it was too cold to use when we went. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there. 2 super markets literally round the corner and a small local pub which was great and done a free bbq on a Saturday night. They were very welcoming. The shops were a super Dino and a new overseas (Waitrose and Iceland brands. The bus stop is just up past the pub and a no30 take you to the bus station and then you can get any other bus from there. A 2 minute walk (to the left) take you to the small beach which is great for rock pools and a great complex with shops, toilets, bars, cafes (recommend Alfies Bar) and a play park. Depending on the route you take, its roughly 15 min walk along the waterfront to the new marina and if you continue along (another 10/15 mins) it takes you to the old part where the harbour is. It has a lot more shops and restaurants there.
  : We waited the 2 weeks for someone to collect the final payment amount only to come home to an empty bank account. We had the amount in euros to hand over (as was in the agreement) so now going to be out of pocket converting it back to pounds. . Not enough pillows on the beds and the beds were quite hard (for me) so not too comfy. There was absolutely no frills - be prepared to take or buy bin bags, all cleaning supplies, extra loo roll. There were no shelves in the oven or oven gloves! The tv has no English channels - we took a laptop with the sky app on it and put it through the tv (remember your cables) and the couch was not very comfy at all. Not ideal 5 of us sitting on it. Neighbours werent too keen or happy with our kids playing Just glad we were out 99% of the time. We like the area but wouldnt want to return to this villa.

  : The villa was well equipped and very clean. From the excellent kitchen, handy utility room, large bathrooms and comfortable beds, everything was perfect. There was even an iron and ironing board should you get an uncontrollable urge to do a bit of holiday ironing. There are two supermarkets round the corner and you are a pleasant twenty minute or so walk along the coastal path to the Rubicon Marina.

  : The house has a lot of space for a family, the 3 bedrooms give enough place for each family member, the space, the barbecue was a must for Christmas eve :)
  : Swimming pool has no heater. The window lock was broken so the house could not be properly secured.

  : The location is perfect, you're close to the beach and walking distance from the promenade and amenities but you're not in the chaos of the tourism. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby. The house was clean, quiet, rooms were spacious and cool at night, and good sun in the swimming pool. Definitely recommended
  : Overall was very good. No tablets for dishwasher and it was not convenient for us to buy a full packet. And the bbq could have used some extra tools and cleaning, the ash tray in the bbq was broken, but we still managed to use it with some creativity

  : The villa does have one fault it does need its own Wi-Fi could not get on with hot spot setting doesnt work all the time when you need it

  : Nice spacious villa, good kitchen facilities and nice grounds to relax in. Bonus was the washing machine as we were staying here for a month so that made life easy. There was a supermarket and shops just around the corner which was ideal to be able to walk to.
  : The pool was a nice to have but it was a little cold, however, it was January/February so I am sure in the height of summer the cool pool is just what you want.

  : The villa is near the sea. The bedroom with a big balcony is very pleasant.
  : It's a pity that the watter of the swimmingpool was cold.
