: The outside areas are great with a large pool, hot tub, table tennis table, hammock and big bbq / dining area
: the bathrooms could do with updating and the air con is not actually included as per the description on booking.com and it payable by the hour which was dissapointing.

: Very spacious, all the bedrooms a good size. A really comfortable property for a weeks stay. Good location, approx 20 mins walk to main shops and cafes and beach. Jacuzzi a real treat and the outside eating area really useful. Good sized pool.
: Some of the internal decor and furnishings could do with a bit of tlc. Pool heating not terribly efficient and pool area very very slippy which resulted in one of our party falling quite badly.

: The garden area is what you come for. Large private pool, hot tub, outside covered BBQ area, balcony, plenty of off-road parking. Pool and hot tub well maintained with very helpful and friendly pool staff that came to clean them several times during our stay. Easy and fast responses for any problems or questions regarding the villa or Lanzarote in general. Easy walking to the sea front
: Bathrooms were fine but could do with a little spruce up and water pressure low if the other shower/ taps are being used at the same time

: The outdoor space is wonderful! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The parking inside of the gate was very convenient. The duplex had plenty of space for our family of 6. We enjoyed having the table to play games around. It is in a residential area, but is a short drive to restaurants, shops and beaches. Bathroom and pool towels were provided. There were also beach mats and umbrellas.
: We would have liked to have more than 1/3 a roll of toilet paper. A couple of trash bags would have been nice too for our week long stay. We would have loved to play ping pong, but couldn't find any ping pong balls.

: Nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi, seating area, very nice, full marks.
: It was a nice lay out inside, but could do with a repaint, and change the blinds as they were abit tired!
