  : The best feature of this apartment is the location and sea view. Unfortunately this is also one of its worst features as gangs of local youths hang around at night, talking loudly and shouting into the early hours of the morning. Apart from the smell of urine on the steps outside the apartment this resulted in a feeling of insecurity entering and leaving the apartment. When we arrived in the apartment we found that the double bed had been fitted with sheets for a single bed with no mattress protector so that if you moved during the night you ended up lying on a bare mattress. Also the valance sheet had a bloodstain on it. When I complained to the agent the bedsheets were replaced but the valance was not. The rest of the apartment is in very bad repair: 1.The door handle on the inside of the front door is loose and could come off in your hand 2.The louvres on the shutters are broken leaving a situation where you have to leave the shutters open with subsequent lack of privacy, or keep the bedroom in darkness 3.There were stains on the throw covering the settee 4.The linings on the curtains were torn 5.The balcony door was very difficult to open and close 6.The chairs on the balcony were old and one of them was broken 7.The top balcony rail was loose and would come away in your hand The agent was very nice when I reported these faults but nothing was repaired while we were there.
