: The beach. Decoration was cute. The swimming pool was good as well. Not too crowded.
: We have had a very unfortunate experience in this apartment, which made us leave three days earlier than expected. It was not a place for children and if I had know this, I would not have taken my two kids there. There was a sliding glass door with no door stop, which would class into the wall when opened. My 5 year old closed it behind him and it broke! He did not do it particularly strongly, just closed it as a normal sliding door. As it did not have door stop, it crashed into the wall and broke. Lots of glass was fired from the crash and I had to swiftly remove my 10month old and 5 year old from the site. We cleaned everything and went to the beach for the rest of the day as we did not feel safe there. I phone the service provider and they told us somebody would contact us to repair it. Nobody contacted us in more than 24h, despite the risks, and we decided to leave the apartment earlier. We stayed for 3 nights at a total cost of nearly 900, because we had to pay for the repair and new door. I have not been contacted about this. Just charged. Nobody phoned us to try to explain or to come to visit the place when we were waiting for it to be repaired. I understand having to pay to repair it but it feels like we have just been billed and not supported or helped during our stay. That place was not appropriate for children. There were no instructions about the door! Nowhere explaining how frail it was or to close it very carefully as it had no door stop. It was very easy to smash it onto the door, with the lack of stop. I am not even sure it is legal to have a slidding glass door with no door stop at the end, and rent the place to families with young children. I am left very disappointed. It was our chance to have a holiday together before returning to the UK and we had to find alternative arrangements. Not even a phone call to check how we were or if we needed assistance. My son cried for an hour after the shock.
