  : They initially could not find my reservation and it took a couple of hours to make the room key work. The food in the restaurant was OK, but that's it.

  : On first glance staff seemed nice until I had to complain. Original room was nice until I had to move. All appeared well at first. The parking is partly covered in, so good for keeping your vehicle dry.
  : The food.My partner who is Galician, brought up in Galicia knows a good merluca dish. He's family run a seafood restaurant. He was so disappointed with what he was served up. He said this hotel has no business cooking. If you do eat here please do not see this as an example of Galician food. Tiny portions of very expensive food is not traditional Galician food. If you stay here eat elsewhere. Can't talk about the breakfast we left without!The noise. A hotel is a place people go to sleep. It has a bar yes but it's not a party place. Dictionary definition. "An establishment providing accommodation, meals, and other services for travellers and tourists." If it's going to be noisy you put paying guests away from the noise and tell them about it before hand.There was a really noisy party, not even all staying at the hotel, sat under our window until nearly two in the morning. People who have been travelling all day don't need this. Then the hotel staff apologised to them for asking them to keep the noise down rather than us! I guess because some of them were locals maybe. Well maybe open a restaurant/ bar and not a hotel if this is the trade you want! We said nothing just paid and walked away.Being kept awake we decided to actually use the balcony around 1.00am. When we came back in 5 mins later the entire room was full of small flies. I mean all over the curtains which we kept closed when we nipped outside, all over the ceiling, walls and yes the bed too. We told the staff this and they wanted to brush it off with well it's the time of year and shrugged about the noise. If you know you get that amount of flies in April tell the guests and provide fly screens.We had to complain I couldn't sleep in that even if the noise stopped.The only time they offered to move us was when at after 1.20 in the morning I started packing and told her that I was leaving and she was not going to charge me.
