WiFi is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

No parking available.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Piscina gran is closed from Sun 18 Sept 2022 until Sat 17 Jun 2023
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Keys must be collected from and returned to the Habitat Costa offices (the company who administer the apartments) and the opening hours are:

Collection of keys: 17:00 – 20:00 hours.
Return of keys: at 10:00 (in reception or deposit box)
Office address: Avda Papa Luna 78, Peñiscola 1 Local 1.

The hire of bed linen and towels is optional.
At the end of your stay, leave used linen and towels in the apartment.
The apartment must be cleaned on departure, and left as upon arrival.

Electric whisk and iron are available, a deposit will be required for these items.

No refunds are available in the event of early check out.

Communal facilities available to the apartments vary in opening date.
