Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 16 Feb 2021 until Wed 31 Mar 2021
A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that check-in outside of these office hours carries a surcharge of EUR 30, all year round.

Towels and kitchen towels are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 4.

Please note that only 1 parking space per apartment booked is available.
