  : absolutely loved the actual house, beautiful both inside and out - awesome outdoor area as well which made the place super unique
  : the major downfall however was the aircon. we received a message on our way to the property about the aircon breaking down the day prior. there was aircon working in only one bedroom and the rest of us had to sleep during 30 degree heat with only fans. not to mention the heatwave. this really tarnished our entire experience in mallorca not being able to get a good nights sleep for 3 nights. for those of us sleeping upstairs, it was unbearable (all my toiletries and makeup had started to curdle) and we found ourselves migrating to the couch downstairs as well as the beds outside for some fresh air in the early hours of the morning. this is not the kind of house youd want the aircon to break down as theres no sea-breeze nearby. in addition to that, we had limited warm water in the showers (wasnt the worst thing in the world considering we needed a way to cool down in the mornings) as well as no light in the main bedroom upstairs. very disappointing experience and i did request for a more substantial refund however we ended up getting close to nothing back. if i could give this place 0 stars i would as i dont believe we were fairly compensated for our horrible experience.

  : The place is amazing and not far from palma at all! Staff were amazing and you had direct contact with the host via WhatsApp who was very responsive and helpful and let us stay after check out as we had later flights! The accommodation was clean and comfortable also. Overall, it made out experience and was a really lovely place to stay
  : The only down side was it had no pool as stated and the shower pressure wasn't the best.

  : WiFi very poor. One of the showers leaked quite badly. The person in charge of managing the property was t great at responding to things. For example there were no cushions on any of the sun loungers and we had to wait until our last day until she came to put them out.

  : Nice villa , very spacious and tastefully decor' could be a great place , but is a NIGHTMARE and holiday destruction... I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE FUTURE GUESTS TO BOOK THIS PLACE, it is not suitable on Booking.com.
  : Villa Nice is without a doubt the worst place I have ever had a holiday stay. I am a personal host with + 35 apartments in Copenhagen and a level Genius 3 booker at Booking.com After arriving at Villa Nice, which is a nice and spacious villa, we noticed after arrival that there was no hot water , no water pressure and a very poor internet connection in the whole house. I immediately contacted the host and asked to solve the problem with the hot water and the internet connection. After 5 days of stay and with daily contact with the host, we finally got hot water. At no time did the manager come by to check on our problems and excused himself by saying that hot water is a general problem in Mallorca during the holiday high season, it must be perceived as a straight lie. The air conditioning system in the house cannot run all night without leaking water and one of the bedrooms was unusable because water came down from the ceiling and the whole room, on the floor and in the bed. Again there was no response from the manager. After contacting Booking.com support, who also couldn't get hold of the manager, we ended up accepting the stay as it was, but the place is undoubtedly more of an attempt to make money than live up to the standard of regular hosts. Being without hot water for 5 days is absolutely not okay in Europe and I consider the stay at Villa Nice to be a ruined holiday. Villa Nice could be a lovely villa, but with the manager or holiday rental office managing the villa, it is a disgrace... I share my communication with the manager and to be honest , all these problems could easily have bin solved with proper management... I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE FUTURE GUESTS TO BOOK THIS PLACE, it is not suitable on Booking.com and is a tourist trap..

  : Villa Nice was perfect for our group of 10 girls coming on a 3 night trip to Mallorca. Communication with owner was excellent, the house was SUPER clean on arrival, and the house is well equipped and spacious. perfect for a large family or group.saw some reviews before hand about hot water being an issue, we had no issues it just took time to heat up.
  : no proper oven, only a small convection, would be hard to cook a full meal - but it was fine for pizzas etc.could do with updating the pool and pool location but overall was fine.outdoor garden furniture could do with some additional cushions but good quality otherwise.
