  : The size of the villa was great, we had a group of 7 friends and we loved the pool area. Communication from the owner, Christian, was great, he is very friendly and answered all of the questions we had. It is not too far from the airport, just be sure to pre-book taxis in advance if you do not have a car as it can be tricky to get taxis.
  : There are only two airconditioning units in the entire place, we stayed in August so it was very hot. No airconditioning units in any of the bedrooms, meant sleepless nights for some of us. We requested fans, but were told they could not be provided. The villa is changing ownership, and I believe there is a plan to upgrade some facilities, so when booking perhaps clarify if the airconditioning has been upgraded for each bedroom - at a minimum fans need to be provided for each room. There needs to be more glasses in the kitchen and there was a rotting bin of seafood next to the pool when we arrived. Again, these issues may be fixed under the new ownership. It is a great space, so has plenty of potential!
