  : Great and helpful service, rich breakfasts. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of space, terrace, and view - the only thing missing was an electric kettle (but there was a coffee machine). The location is very good, the area is quiet before the season, and there is plenty of space on the beach. There was algae in some places at the entrance to the water, but we knew about it and it was not a problem. Bus connection to the Palma goes every 10 minutes. Good value for money, we will probably visit again someday.
  : It would be useful to have more information from the reception and the hotel that the rooftop pool area closes at 7 p.m. Our room was near at the entrance to the pool and a lot of tourists tried to get there after closing hours, even after 10 p.m., which made it noisy in the corridor.

  : Great location, staff, breakfast was fantastic.
  : We were with our two year old son. Our room was on the 4th floor and the balcony had railings so was totally unsuitable for our son to be anywhere near. I feel like we would have been more suited in balcony that had the walled/glass barrier and/or on the bottom floor.

  : Clean and tidy rooms. Very confortable bed and pillows. Thick blackout curtains for confortable sleeping in the dark. Air-conditioning was very efficient during the hot day, so was the minibar so both the room and drinks were cool when desired. Great location near the beach and restaurants. Also bus stop not very far away. Supermarkets etc. available near the hotel. Breakfast was included, it was really good.
  : Noise insulation of the rooms was really bad, felt like that all the sound from the rooms next door are carried via ventilation shafts between the rooms. I could hear the talking and hairdryer from the room next door. We were travelling with a baby and when he started crying on the late evening before going to sleep, somebody immediately knocked on the wall from the room next door as indication to "shut off the noise" immediately. This is of course very rude, babies normally make noise for a short while as they tend to cry sometimes. This rude behaviour is not the fault of the hotel, but the reason for that was poor noise insulation - the comfort of the rooms is greatly reduced by this poor noise insulation of the rooms. There was bit of water dropping from the roof, from the air-condition unit, we noticed this as our luggage were bit wet. You could see that the floor was bit damaged already by this water droplets too. Using of the spa facilities (pools and saunas) was not incuded, would have been kinda expensive considering you are already paying for the hotel room. There was no discount either, did not matter if you are a guest at the hotel or not. There was a separate "TV room / lounge" where the idea seems to be that you can collect there to watch a movie. There was a lot of chairs and so on, like a movie theather. But the TV was really embarrassingly small there, it was really funny to see maybe a 32" TV there on the wall. The rooms was so large that you should use 72" minimum, even bigger would be preferred.
