  : -Food,-Location,-Rooms(kinda old, but good),-Staff is nice and polite,
  : -Lack of electric plugs, -Pool temperature was cold, -After breakfast/lunch/dinner rushing to tidy up (The restaurant is open until 10:30 for the breakfast, 14:30 for lunch, 21:30 for dinner, but they start tidying up 20 minutes before closing.),-Even if you are all inclusive you have to pay for several things (popcorn and food at pool bar, bottled drinks, iced coffee, towels for pool, safe in the room, only cheap alcohol drinks are free.)

  : My daughter has special dietary needs, and the hotel's kind restaurant staff made every effort to meet those needs while we were there. We appreciated the hotel's swimming pools, green grounds, entertainment, clean towels, clean bed linens, cuisine, view from our window, and location. The gardens and open spaces are very nicely taken care of. I appreciate it a lot.
  : There were no designated smoking areas outside, making it difficult to appreciate the evening performances while surrounded by smokers. When reserving an accommodation on the website, the view was altered from the original. On the booking website, the room with a glass balcony would enable us to enjoy the sea view more; however, the actual room had a concrete balcony, and smoking guests next door made it even more unpleasant to enjoy the view from the balcony. The room floor was never cleansed during our week-long stay. The air conditioner in the bedroom was malfunctioning and creating a terrible noise. Also, we visited the property for the third time with a few years in between visits, as the children enjoyed staying at Valentin so much. We noticed that the rooms needed updating, the bath was very old and painted on the inside, and the apartment appeared dated. As having a child with numerous food intolerances necessitates a great deal of communication, the fact that the reception staff spoke flawless English while only a few restaurant staff members did made communication difficult.

  : The food was great, the staff was also great and the location was also close enough to ocean. Especially we loved the children pools.

  : the hotel is great for kids, many pools to choose. they have programs for kids the cleaning staff does an excellent job and was very friendly the food was amazing, shout out to the chefs also the receptionists were great
  : its sometimes abit strollers unfriendly, its built in a hill, stairs are mandatory but might be possible to add in more ramps the poolbar staff was not very attentive and the food was abit loveless, apart from that everything was great and absolutely recommendable

  : The food was great and varied, with animations even during dinner, staff was super lovely and clearly love kids. The pools are great and our 2 year old was squealing with joy when he discovered the kids pool! Everything was clean too, and just minutes away on foot from the beach. We really loved our stay - found it perfect for families (or the elderly as seemed to be only these two populations during our stay not a complaint!) I would recommend going not too late in the year: we went end of September and the pools were very cold to swim in, sun not hot enough to warm us up the beach was great in the morning as an alternative.
  : Our only suggestion would be to baby proof the sockets in the room. Our 2-year olds cot could only fit right underneath a double socket. Nothing happened but we would have been more tranquil if there was an option to baby proof these.
