A damage deposit of EUR 120 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price and have a supplement of 8 EUR per person.
Guests can request them during the reservation process or upon arrival. They will be delivered during the check-in.

A surcharge of 40 EUR applies for arrivals after 21h and until midnight.

A surcharge of 25 EUR applies for priority check in between 13h and 13h45.

All requests for late departure are subject to confirmation by the property. Once confirmed, a surcharge of 25 EUR applies.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), the company reserves the right preauthorizing the damage deposit to the credit card provided before the arrival. If case of not acceptance, guests must inform the property in advance.
