A damage deposit of EUR 120 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
A surcharge of 40 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours, between 9:00 pm until midnight. After midnight is not possible to check-in.

A surcharge of 25 EUR applies for arrivals before check-in hours, between 1:00 pm until 1:45 pm.


A surcharge of 25 EUR applies for late check out until 2:00 pm.

All requests for early or late arrival and late departure are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen and Towels: 8 EUR per person, per stay.
