: The apartment was excellent on first impressions.
: Internet was not connected.Main bathroom out of use due to water leak from the toilet cistern, which could not be flushed.Satalight dish on balcony took up too much space on the balcony restricting where chairs could be positioned.Oversized single steel framed beds in one bedroom which restricted access and movement around the room.Reported these problems to the contact number the following morning after arrival who said he would try to call round that day. We waited in all of that day but no show. Contacted again and he arrived the following day. He rectified the internet problems ok but said he would be back the following morning with a plumber to fix the toilet/leakage problem. We again waited in the apartment all of that day and again no show. No further contact from him for the rest of our stay at the apartment. We gave up in the end and did without the use of the main bathroom for the whole of our 10 days stay.I consider that we paid far too much for our stay in this apartment having a major facility out of order for the whole of our stay at 'Anna', and I will be seeking compensation for the inconvenience, (no pun intended), and wasting more than two days of our 10 day booking, by waiting in for someone to call or attend to the issue.I am at a loss as to why we were required to leave a hefty 300 euro deposit via a debit card payment for any damages, when the paperwork confirming the booking, clearly states that a 100euro charge is included in the fee for the accommodation and will be refunded.Be aware, the 300 euro charge is not a holding amount as we were told, but it is processed and will appear on your account statement at the current exchange rate. It does get refunded within a week of you leaving the apartment, but there was a charge for the currency transaction by my bank when it was refunded to my account.
