  : I didn't like the poor communication from Grupo Quattro. I got a Whatsapp link at 12:31 Pm on the day I arrived to tell me I would have to collect the keys from a a key safe at their office but if I gave them 48 hours notice for 20 Euro's someone would have met me at the apartment, Instead it took us almost an hour to find. I had previously asked for a late check out and was told the time I asked for wouldn't be possible so I asked what time would and I am still waiting now the day after I am home. The message had been read but no reply I know this because I was In contact via Whatsapp because I had to fix the leaking Air Conditioning unit from leaking on the balcony below us. I had to use a cork and a bucket and was rudely woken up by the property manger of the apartment below at 8 am and the apartment below wasn't even in use!.
