  : The outside is absolutely lovely: - A great pool which we used daily; it was unheated so freezing (in winter) but a great cure for hangovers and groggy mornings. We're a hardy bunch ;) - There are a phenomenal amount of lovely mature cacti and other succulents. - The terrace is large and well maintained, plus there is an upstairs terrace too with great views and wash drying lines. - Great deckchairs and outdoor table under a roof. - An absolutely lovely BBQ with fridge and induction cooker where you can also cook and sit at the bar together. Ab Fab! - The house is located in an avocado grove, away from the buzz of Nerja. Lovely and quiet. - The place is safe and well fenced off. Inside is also well maintained: - There is a wash machine, large fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, induction cooker, and a dishwasher. - Lovely bathroom. - Internet and WiFi. - We didn't use the TV. - Mosquito nets on all windows. - Nice lamps beside the bed, and nice cupboards. - Kitchen has an old and new espresso machine. - There is a built in fireplace with lotsa wood provided (get fire starters) which helped us through the cold winter nights. - Towels were provided. - The accommodation was spick-and-span! Good communication with the rental agency Centrall alquileres; they were super helpful, responsive, and very polite.
  : The main issue here is that the beds are too small for most Northern Europeans. The master bedroom had a bed of 200x140. The other bedrooms are pokey. One has a single bed, and the other a 'double' of 190x140 Nice hard mattresses but way too small to guarantee a good night rest! The kitchen lacked proper knives (only cheap hardly usable ones). We had to buy a chopping board in Lidl too. Otherwise the kitchen is well kitted out. Apparently it is too much of an effort to leave basics like washing up liquid; detergent; dishwasher tablets; olive oil etc. for the next guests once someone bought them. A few spare blankets wouldn't go amiss for winter travelers. Google Maps doesn't know how to find this place. Either drive the narrow road (Camino de Enmedio) (slowly) from the main roundabout off the N340 or via Camino de Rio Seco (this is a doable gravel road).

  : If the pool was heated during the cooler months it would be good because unfortunately it was too cold to use so a waste Also maybe patio or wall mounted heaters for outside during the winter as we were unlucky and had very cool winds when we were there and really couldn't make use of the outside during the evening as much as we would have liked Maybe as well Sky TV or the ability to log into our own Netflix Amazon ect as only BBC world news in English

  : Really beautiful traditional Spanish villa! Fully equipped with everything needed to cook in and BBQ. Villa was extremely clean. AC worked great in both double rooms and sitting room area. Outdoor area very spacious. Christian (the host) was very helpful and replied quickly to any queries we had during our stay and organised transport to and from Malaga airport. There was a small rough terrain trail which went from the villa to a local gas station which was handy for supplies, and we used the trial also as a short cut to the town.
  : Location of the villa made things difficult at times. Taxis home from Nerja town sometimes got lost on way back as villa is quite rural. After a few nights we realised if you told the taxis it was on Camino de Enmedio and directed them once on the road it was easier. Wifi often cut out and was quite slow at times. Other than that great villa and would go back.

  : We loved the peaceful location. The outside space is very lovely and beautifully done. The beach is not far away and it is easy to go to the town centre if you have a car. The villa is surrounded by avocado trees and is in the middle of a farm.There are wonderful views of the mountains from the roof terrace.
  : The access for a car is a bit tight but we got used to it quickly.

  : when driving to the villa, some of the roads were quite tight but this was a minor point!

  : Lovely outdoor space. Indoor rooms were clean and decent space. Bathroom and shower too.Location was in a rural area just outside of the town centre and 5 or so mins drive into town. Very peaceful.
  : The double beds were too small for two people. Needs to be at least a Kingsize! Putting out the bins is a one mile drive to a roadside dump.

  : Beautiful villa in quiet location with all amenities we required. The host was very helpful andresponsive to enquiries.
  : Accessing the property was by single tracks. Had to use car for most journeys to beach and eating out.
