  : Hosts were very accommodating when friend picked up keys. Fantastic views from the terrace nice,quiet, a great sun trap and lovely gardens,
  : There are lots of stairs so not good for the less mobile people, the key pick up and drop off are too far from the apartment. Pool located on top of the hill above apartment which is a bit of a walk even with the lift.

  : Great place for relax, super view from terrace. Beautiful garden. Great place for sunbatch. You could park car near beach or near elevator (I suggest near elevator)

  : The view is excellent from the terrace. Air con was good and the beds were comfortable. Broken toaster replaced quickly by management company.
  : A lot of steps in the complex - not mentioned in advert. Furniture in the apartment is tired. The shower hose needs to be changed and shower cleaned. Some bulbs are blown. An information pack should be in the apartment.

  : Beautiful view from the terrace. Very peaceful with sound of fountains and sea in the background. a well stocked apartment had everything we needed. the terrace gets sun from 10:30am to 5:30pm (in April). loved the pond with fish and turtles. easy access via steps to beach and only 20 mins walk to the town centre.
  : For a shortcut to the beach or town you need to use a fob. Only one fob given with the apartment so if you wanted to go out separately it made it difficult (needed to take a much longer route if you didnt have the fob).

  : Apartment spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need. Lovely terrace looking towards the sea. The pond in front of the terrace has fish (look like Koi) and turtles. The gardens are a beautifully kept tropical paradise. The key has an orange fob. This allows you access to the lift and the gate down to the beach. The gate is located, when standing on the terrace looking out to sea, on the right hand side of the pond on the opposite side. The block of wood with a RED fob is access to the swimming pool. Again, spotlessly clean with a cafe that sells good food and drink for a reasonable price. Ideally you really need a car as the supermarket (Mercadona) is a trek on foot, not good if carrying bags of shopping.As mentioned in a previous review, there are a lot of steps, steps and more steps. If you are not very mobile or not an Olympian in training then this place is not for you. It does keep you fit however, and I should really now be a stick insect.Overall, fantastic place, quiet and peaceful with the beach and restaurants nearby.
  : The keys are too far away. If you haven't got a car this will be a problem. It was also not obvious where the gate to the beach was located. It would have been helpful to have had information such as this in a Welcome Pack along with other things people need to know such as the key fobs etc and where the supermarket is. This is by no means a degredation to the apartment as it was fantastic, but merely an observation.

  : Loved the property. Great terrace with beautiful views over the lake to the sea. The apartment was well equipped. Direct access to the beach and the local restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to the Balcon of Europe.
  : The apartment was difficult to find as the numbering of the apartments is not in any order. The place to collect the keys was about 4km from the property which was awkward. Lots of steps to negotiate so may not be suitable for buggies or those with mobility issues.
