  : The apartment was spacious and the roof top terrace had terrific views.
  : I booked an apartment with a sea view and balcony, the 'balcony' had standing room only and you shared this tiny space with a bucket, mop and sweeping brush. I arrived late and the toilet did not flush. The hosts were difficult to contact and unhelpful. I requested a late checkout on booking and did not receive a reply, which was in the negative, until the day before my arrival. If, I wanted to leave later than 10am, I would have had to pay for a full day's accommodation!

  : Great location.
  : Have stayed here many times. However the place has deteriorated. Torn sofa, Internet erratic, roof top area needs painting. There are no umbrellas or shades on the roof top. Loungers are basic. Request for early check-in refused even though we were only ones staying there. Request for a second set of keys ignored. Will not stay again and do not recommend

  : Location was excellent, for the Old Town and the Balcon de Europa, and a 10 minute walk from the buses to Malaga.
  : Messages before we arrived to organise getting the keys were good. But once we were there, 2 messages were ignored. 1 about the sink which wouldn't empty (we got it sorted ourselves) and a second about how to access cable channels. Also the Wifi only worked sometimes. Staying on this side of the building was very noisy at night and the sun only hits the balcony until 10 am, next time I would upgrade to the sea view side. But overall, a really nice apartment that has everything you need for a lovely stay.

  : The location was fab. Rooms clean.
  : 1. Ants in the room 2. Air conditioning not working, and I phoned as I arrived and they came to fix after a third phonecall, on the last night at 5pm. Disgusting customer service. Couldn't fix the air con so bought in a portable unit.3. The pool drained randomly and my children couldn't use it for an entire day out of a 5 day holiday. I phoned to inform them.4. No internet connection despite internet being advertised as available.5. During a phonecall a member of staff said I could stay late, until 12pm on check out day so my children could use the pool, on phoning in the morning to confirm they were expecting this a lady told me it absolutely was not possible and then hung up on me. 6. Only one key and no one to answer phones after office hours. What do you do if you lose your key after 6pm?7. No umbrellas on the rooftop, which reading reviews has been a problem since 2021. How hard is it to buy 5 umbrella's

  : lovely apartment.very clean.everything you could need.few minutes walk from Balcon.had a room overlooking square so next time would take earplugs for night as could be very noisy at night.
