  : excellent location, 10 min walk down to the beach, similar distance to the centre of nerja. the pool area was really well kept and great for families. Manuel was very friendly and helpful on arrival.

  : The host Manuel was so kind, he even gave us the use of another apartment for a few hours after we checked out, as we had a late evening flight. We would definitely stay here again. 1 minute walk to the right and 1st turn down to main beach,5 minutes Turn left and 2nd left turn and straight down to start of old town 10minutes
  : A couple of small things that would make the stay with you even better Handwash or soap in the toilets and kitchen Filters for coffee maker if needed. Maybe some sugar and salt .They are little things but make a difference, especially for late arrivals

  : The apartment is really nice and spacious, the swimming pool is also a plus.
  : we just missed some cooking essentials (salt,oil, etc) and tools but nothing that we couldnt solve.

  : pool area nice, comfortable beds, new doors and downstairs toilet new and clean and dishwasher good facility, good air con and Wi-Fi
  : The location - felt a bit close to the street from a security point of view, felt a bit vulnerable as no key to front gate. The shower curtain colour was old fashioned so didnt give a clean vibe but shower good and powerful. There was a smell of vinegar in the fridge and all over the kitchen and in bathroom cabinet - possibly a cleaning product they use but not a good smell. Also a smell of gas or something in master bedroom and opening in the wall above chest of drawers perhaps emitting the smell. The stair case banisters not stable would be dangerous if slipped.

  : Manuel was so friendly and helpful. We had a few things break on us and they were replaced really quickly. He was really lovely to deal with. The location was OK for the beach (with a hill!) and getting into the centre of town. The apartment itself is fine is a little dated. Pool area is lovely.
  : There was a full renovation going on in the apartment next door that started first thing in the morning right through to the evening. With two young kids, this really was not ideal. If we had been told in advance we would not have stayed so disappointing we weren't advised that was the case. There area number of steps up the the apartment so to be considered if you're traveling with kids. Not easy to navigate with a buggy! The bed was not very comfortable
