  : What a lovely hotel in beautiful countryside. Comfortable room, large, with fridge and aircon. I slept wonderfully. Walked to village and had a lovely meal though breakfast in hotel was excellent. Free parking too. Helpful staff.

  : Breakfast was ok
  : Misleading advertising with regards to the room as it was stated that there was a balcony. None of the rooms have what we understand to be a balcony. It was just a 1.5m x 1m space with security bars and only room to hang a swimsuit on the provided piece of string. The room was dark and outdated with a very odd bathroom layout where you have to virtually climb over the bidet to get to the toilet. The shower was positively dangerous as you have to stretch to turn it on, and the bath was very slippery ( I slipped 3 times). When we arrived, we were greeted by an apparently pleasant lady called Martha. When we discovered the lack of balcony and went to ask if it was possible to be moved to a room with a balcony as we had booked, her demeaner completely changed ,she became rude and argumentative, saying that all the rooms are the same and if we don't like it we could leave immediately and find somewhere else to stay. As it was now 11pm and we had just driven all the way from Bilbao, we thought that was a ridiculous and very childish attitude. We said we would stay the night and then leave. In the morning, we spoke to a lovely lady called Sandra ,who apologised and arranged a full refund minus the night we had just stayed. Thank you, Sandra, for being so polite and professional .

  : Th staff on reception were very helpful. The rooms in the hotel are well laid out in the grounds. I had a single room which was quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area just outside the village. There is a restaurant in the hotel so you don't have to go looking.
  : The furniture in the room was old fashioned. There is no separation between the bathroom and the sleeping area in my single room. The room decoration was dull.
