  : Great stay, we loved this hotel. It is in the best location right across from the beach. The food was great, we really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. They always worked so hard cleaning up after the breakfast/dinner rush. Lovely quiet little town, would definitely return. If you go make sure you go on the odyssee glass bottom boat trip, it was amazing!
  : The only thing we didnt like was that the pool area is not big enough for the size of the hotel. It is a lovely pool area however, there is not enough sun beds so people would get up early to reserve beds. If you went after 10.00am you would have no chance, I think the hotel should stop people being allowed to put towels down unless they are ready to sit down.

  : Nobody controls how other clients reserve spots in the pool area, seeing cases of people leaving their stuff behind and going ALL day to the beach, thus not letting other clients use those spots.I know you cant control peoples education and basic behaviour, but you can have a supervisor and a clear policy on this matter.

  : The location was brilliant, the room was fantastic only there was no kettle, really enjoyed our stay as it was our honeymoon, the all inclusive was very good with a wide range to suit everyone

  : The rooms are really good, very spacious and comfortable. Nice bed as well.
  : The pool and pool area are definitely too small for the number of people. We ended up not using the pool that much. However, the water temperature was really nice, warm. Breakfast was good but dinner included on half board not that much.

  : We went to Fuerteventura for the second time... Unfortunately, our favorite hotel Riu Palace Jandia was fully booked, so we chose this nearby hotel based on the reviews... Immediately after arriving at the room, we found out that the room was badly cleaned and my clean white socks after 5 minutes they looked as if I came out of a mine... so as for the cleaning at a very bad level (the floor was washed every 3 days, the glasses were dirty, we sometimes had to ask for toilet paper at the reception... We spent 2 weeks in this room and for two whole weeks, the cleaning lady didn't notice that the light was off (a broken light bulb) in the bathroom and in the kitchen... Whether it is a cheaper or more expensive room, I have to mention that every room is not equipped with kettle, I have never experienced it! we are in the 21st century and this is basic regardless of the price of the room! The lemon nub were rolling on the floor until the end of our stay, so the floor didn't really see the mop for two weeks... The mirror was washed probably with a 3-days-old cloth because was very dirty...Somehow we survived in that room! Let's eat! I have never experienced such bad food anywhere... Every day the same, the food was warm, the toast was the hottest food i ate!!! a small selection of food, rice and chicken if you found it, it must have been a miracle... The food was the same every day!!!! I took a dirty glass a couple of times in the dining room on which there were lipsstick Hmm yummy I'm so happy that we didn't buy all inclusive because eating in this canteen for 2 weeks and three times per day would be an incredible suffering!!! AND I REPEAT WITH HORROR!!!! You have lukewarm food (MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING WITH THAT !!!!! ) this is a CRIME against customers! We gave up on the pool the very next day because grabbing a free sunbed is a race for life! The staff don't even know how to say hello and I felt like nobody is here for you.
