: Just a shame the restaurant was not open but we did go out of season so that is not a criticism on them

: sadly there is nothing we can say that is polite
: Nothing as advertised , the mobile unit was dirty , old , scruffy and virtually no essentials like a kettle etc in there ! We looked out onto old rotten caravans & dust bins . No on-site facilities ( except small pool ) . Price was high and didnt include electricity! Bedding was shockingly poor & no towels. One day and we left thankfully!!!

: Site itself, toilet block and laundry very clean and well maintained. Staff very pleasant
: Asking for pet friendly accommodation should not diminish the standards. Our static caravan was old and smelly and well past its best! paying 150 deposit was understandable to cover any damage that may have occurred from an unruly dog but ours is far from that. If we could have paid more for a better pet friendly van we would have done when having a shower the drainage was so poor, you could only have a quick swill before the tray overflowed. I took it upon myself to removed the drain cover in the shower and check the filter unrepeatable!! dont think it had ever been checked. Once emptied, problem solved

: There were no curtains at bedroom windows only nets which let all light in at night Also no towels provided although info says linen provided No kettle so had to boil water in saucepan Not very clean
