: Setting. Look of facilities.
: Room should not be advertised as for 4 occupants, but only two. Not enough pillows. Pillows low quality. Not enough closet space. Not enough room space for luggage. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Constant overnight noise of acorns falling on the roof would wake us up. Breakfast inadequate. No espresso. Bakery food seemed old. Some of the staff was not very kind.

: In the rural countryside. Monterosso restaurants, which are worth a visit, are a five minute drive away. Being able to speak some Spanish is very helpful.

: Absolutely stunning facility! Little bit inconvenient being so far from town. Wonderful customer service by the hotel staff. The young man and lady who drove us and checked us in were wonderful.
: The dining experience was abysmal. The older waiter that served us was rude, unfriendly, and downright disrespectful. Never smiled or gave a helpful or friendly response. The food was TERRIBLE! Being so far away from town had us feeling trapped into using the on-site restaurant. Extremely disappointed. The difference between the hotel and the restaurant was 180 deg opposite. My advice to the owners - spend some time evaluating the restaurant staff and meal preparation.
