  : The beach is 2 steps away. Parking place enough.
  : Consider the place without WIFI. It's slow and disconnecting everytime, you better don't count on it. Clean? The flat called Casa Carmen 4 was absolutely not clean, and I'm not talking about some dust. It's literally as if it's not cleaned after the last usage. We cleaned everything ourselves and washed the blankets and towels. Noise: if you are at the beach all day from 7h tot 8h you will have no issues but if you want to relax at home sometimes.. you will hear everything from the neighbors, even the talking. Especially if one of the entrance doors doest close well, they have to slam it. Same for the metal door above, everytime they pass you will be awake. When the cleaning team is doing their work, the talk very loud and scream from the terrace to other colleagues downstairs. On top of that, they have their laundry place downstairs, so a quiet place it is not.They decided to renew some apartments while we were there, (replacing toldos). When they said 20 minutes they actually meant a big half day. They don't warn you or anything, they also don't apologize. They were painting the walls and hallway while we were there without warning or protection for people passing. (My dog and myself got paint on us!!)The warm water is limited, after a quick warm water shower the next one has to wait.On the other hand, when you want cold water in the kitchen, you get hot water... The induction plate is barely usable. You can't get the numbers to change.The shower is leaking, the door from the bathroom closed badly and it looks like it has been soaking water for ages. Humud spots everywhere. Smell of humidity. This place is not fit for renting.
