  : Location is close to the main Roman ruin sights, a supermarket and several restaurants (the ones close to the main museum). The 3-bedroom apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Some basic supplies (e.g. olive oil, salt, coffee, filters) were provided although these might have been left by the previous guests. Kitchen is very functional. Street parking was easy for us but might be a problem during busy times of the year as most places were occupied and we visited in mid-October.
  : It was somewhat cold inside. The air conditioner in the living room has a working HEAT setting but I could not make the same function work in the bedrooms. The bathroom doesn't have an A/C/heating unit so it is what it is. Suggest you plan to call the contact phone number ~1 hour before you arrive so the hostess is there to let you in - entering in - our planned arrival time in booking.com didn't seem to be of any use - the hostess claims she sent a message telling us to call but I didn't get it on my end.

  : Although small, this apartment has everything you need for a week's stay. And it's handy for all the monumental attractions of Merida. The jewel in the crown for me was the roof terrace, which I used quite a few times. Pacqui is the most helpful person in the world, taking care of my every need. It helps if you speak a little Spanish though.......all in all a super place to stay to explore the delights of Merida!

  : The apartment is just fine, no plates or glasses in the kitchen, and the bed is short, definetly not recommended for people taller than 1.80. muchas cucarachas en el piso

  : I stayed in a twin bed efficiency apartment on the ground floor. The family that operates the apartment was wonderful. They met me at the apartment within one hour of booking to let me in and turnover keys. The apartment is airconditioned in one of the three very small rooms. All necessities were provided such as pots, pans, cutlery, and dishware, as well as soap and shampoo. The kitchenette is the perfect size for one guest and the reclining chair that is near the television is comfortable.
  : The only downside to the apartment was the size of the shower. I am an average-sized man and in the shower at the apartment my shoulders nearly touched both walls and I was unable to turn around in the shower without hitting the temperature-sensitive spigot handle or the shower wand cord. Luckily the shower was very clean!

  : Very clean and tidy. Great location, comfy bed and a lovely lady who greeted me.
  : It was a little bit noisy as next to the main road, but I still managed to sleep very well!
