  : Lovely clean and comfortable villa with all utensils and facilities you could need on holiday.

Disappointing

  : internally the accommodation was good and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, but that's where it ended.
  : Externally the property was in very poor condition.. garden overgrown with many weeds. villa looked shabby and worn. pool was missing tiles and dirty in parts. building rubble dumped in garden. exterior furniture in disrepair. external shower broken. some exterior lights not working. door lock was temperamental to operate. fencing was in disrepair. Unable to share photos of my stay because it looked so bad !! Reason for booking a pool villa is to enjoy the sun outdoors and was unable to do here. Left feeling disappointed and definitely overcharged by at least 150 !

  : The property is tired and in need of maintenance. The washing machine is falling apart, the oven doesnt work properly. There are lots of tiles missing on the inside of the pool. The pools filtration system is an eye sore with lots of tiles missing.The outside furniture is dated and tired. The property is advertised as Air Conditioning - There is only Air Conditioning in the lounge and the bedrooms just have fans.It also advertised a Bar B Q - we were supplied with a little 3 leg Bar B Q, the type that you can buy for about 20.The WiFi is poor and we had to use our data.There is no flexibility if you arrive a little earlier. They will not let you check in before 3pm.The outside part to the Air Conditioning unit has live wires exposed.The villa is very standard and in need of attention. We certainly will not be staying here again..

  : Great quiet location but within walking distance to a restaurant/bar and a short drive to shops. 10 Minutes drive to lovely beaches
  : Slightly shabby, well used villas but serviceable.

  : Sabina was with us a couple of minutes after arrival on site and took us to the house. She gave us a tour and the keys. Payment was made there and then. Sabina was a lovely woman, very easy to talk to and was available if needed throughout the say (we didn't need to call on her).
  : It was very quiet, facilities on site were not open, we went 1st week in June. If we needed anything we had to drive. Mazarron is about a 10-15 minute drive from the site. Restaurants seem to close on a Monday so going for food on Monday's wasn't an option. Pool area could do with some landscaping and updating.
