  : Paid extra for exclusive and theres was limited sun beds in the private area with people placing out towels at 7 in morning and then not using the beds. Being English sometimes delayed service in the restaurants when there were Spanish guests around you. We had to wait 40 minutes just to be served a drink at a alacarte table ?

  : 1. Its close to the sea. 2. The structure is very nice and just renovated. 3. The spa and its personnel are superb. 4. The kids club is very very well organised and the personnel is prepared, polite and and always willing to entertain the kids. Our son loved it. 5. The welcoming staff that helps with the bags are super kind.
  : 1. The room (deluxe sea view) is very small and we didnt literally know where to put our stuff. 2. The buffet is poorly organised, we and all the other guests always had to wait very long to get a clean table. Once sitting down you have to wait for water which is served one glass at the time only on demand. Allergy management is very confused as all forks and scoops are poorly mixed among foods. Plus we let them know the first day about certain allergies but never kept them in consideration. Meat and fish were always chewy as they were left in the warm trays to keep the warm-ish. Same goes for breakfast, and coffee is only self service. Most of guests eventually were setting their own tables as the buffet is understaffed. For lunch we have been served as fish of the day defrosted salmon and chips. Fresh vegetables are never provided and freshly squeezed juices in the morning dont have a label so its impossible to know what youre drinking. 3. The shack / beach bar: quality of the food is terrible, cocktails are not fresh but prepared with powder base mix and mixed in a machine similar to the granita one. Terrible. Food is defrosted or very cheap. Personnel is very slow. 4. Kanna, Spanish restaurant is the only good one. 5. Italian restaurant: undercooked pizza and overcooked pasta. Long wait anyway. 6. Ginger bar has a terrible menu. We ordered two Quinoa salad with fresh vegetables and were served with two very small bowls, that smelled very bad, with roughly one spoon each of sliced peppers. Period. We also ordered pita bread and hummus with fresh vegetables: the pita was either defrosted or very very cheap, same goes for the hummus and the vegetables were not there. 8. Cleanliness of the room: they never replaced the dirty glasses in 9 days stay. Never. I tried to move them around the room, even left them on the dirty towels to make them notice. Same goes for the spoons. The bathroom floor was not cleaned properly. 9. Cherry on the cake.

  : Clean hotel. Nice room. No insects. Good location. Friendly staff.
  : Food very hit and miss. Poor evening choices. Gastro Hall a mishmash of creations, some distinctly weird. No green vegetables on offer. Only saw carrots and cauliflower at breakfast!Music, or what passes for it, very intrusive. Sunday night in the Gastro Hall was appalling - nothing worth eating and some DJ playing loud music more suited to Ibiza in the 90s Id guess.

  : Its a beautiful place and well worth upgrading so you can use the adult only areas. All branded and quality drinks both soft and alcoholic. Bedrooms very comfortable and serviced daily. Staff are all absolutely delightful
