  : This was our fourth time in Maspalomas and I have tried 4 different Hotels there.I dont like writing bad reviews as I know they may affect the Hotel business but this was definitely one of the worst accommodation I have ever been.Huge cockroaches everywhere (kitchen, bathroom and even in the bedroom and in our bed - I think you should do something about it!!!!)Other problems : - no Air Conditioning in the room;- no daily room cleaning (even if they provide you the card to hang outside the door)- no shower gel and no pool towels provided (when I asked I was told the pool towels were only for Superior Rooms)- Last but not least: I complained about all of the above problems at the Reception the second day of our stay and they did not do anything to improve the situation CUSTOMER CARE = zero out of ten.

  : A lot of cock roaches and staff made people wait at the bar to be served while they chatted and also one staff member mentioned he would charge us for ice as we had asked for too much apparently ?

  : Really nice clean and well kept accommodation. Nice pools and lovely little 1 bed bungalows. Staff are very friendly and overall a really nice place to have a relaxing stay.
  : Location isn't great as you're a 45 to 60 minute walk from the nearest beaches however you understand this before booking then it's not an issue. Taxi rank outside the hotel which always has taxis on it. Cost to either beach (maspalomas & playa del ingles) costs around 5 to 6 so cheap. The breakfast is only OK (buffet style)
