Sun & Sand Beach Apartment

Disappointing

  : 5 mins walking to the beach and the view from the 2nd floor balcony.
  : The building is old and its residential. The apartment needs immediate renovation. Old furnitures. Dining table is unstable, couch is very used that you drown when you sit. The master bedroom bed is small for two people. Master bathroom tub is very dirty and has already markings that its very old (color is fading). The smaller bathroom is really not for showering. You cant barely move. Air conditioner which we barely used is very loud. No cleaning things in the kitchen. Boiler drips water in the kitchen. Some windows cannot be locked. Neighbor was always loud and bangs the door. Gonzalo is very communicative before our stay however upon check in we had a discussion - he wants me to sign a contract for a short term lease for the apartment in Spanish. When I told him I need to read it first he became aggressive and started saying that I should just sign in. And told him I need to understand it first, he says people who comes to Marbella should learn Spanish. What about you guys do it in English because Marbella lives from tourists?! He was not very nice at that point. I just hope he understands that I dont want to sign something which I dont understand. Not that the old apartment is being sold to me. Translate your documents in English because you are earning from tourists! And you dont have to brag you are working for more than thousands of apartments. What we saw was not to brag and proud about. The friend May who did the check out for us was very nice and very punctual since we checked out at 8am.
