: the location is in a nice place, there are two nearby beaches. the host Tulio, when I wrote to him, answered the moment and was very kind
: the only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioner didn't work and it was very warm in the room

: Perfect location, close to the beach and few nice restaurants. Beautiful sea view from the terrace.
: The place wasn't very clean. There was a huge stain on the bed cover, and the floor was full of dust. The check-in wasn't a smooth process, and I had to wait 40 min for someone to arrive to give me a keys. There was a lack of communication prior to that, which made me quite concern. I tried to call the number on booking.com, and nobody was answering. I also sent a few messages trying to find out about the check-in details.

: Needs a bit of general maintenance.Shower didn't drain well had to watch for flooding.No indication of where to put rubbish so was left neat and tidy in the flat.

: Outside the complex was nice
: A disappointing stay.. Pictures given of studio clearly enhanced, the complex too. Sunshade not opening, have since learned that it's being fixed since March, needed shade, couldn't sit outside. It was also pointed out to us to give the shutters a tug to close them as apparently they're waiting for someone to fix this too. Aircon unit outside the door makes for uncomfortable seating due to heat from it, and water coming from it made a slippery surface outside. Complex on a hill, not stated when booking. Out of 3 pools, 1 had lifebouy, missing from holders on other 2. Dangerous surfaces, unclear signage. No smoke alarms or otherwise anywhere in the complex or in studio. No signage for emergency exits. Only given 1 set of keys so couldn't leave complex seperately. And no concierge. No information on anything. Nowhere to go to when people shouting late at night, or dogs being left outside barking from 5am. This is an apartment complex that needs serious upgrading and care and attention. Nobody seems to care.
