Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 3 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Zapinvest will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that cleaning charges, bed linen charges and the security deposit will be charged upon making the reservation.

Please note that on stays of 5 nights or more it is not required to pay the EUR 30 service charge Outside of working hours (10:00-18:00), the keys are in a safe in Zapinvest agency Marina Real 111, 29692, Manilva. The code will be provided by email upon confirmation of booking. The return of the keys will be in the same place.

Please provide the accommodation with your bank details.

If you arrive outside reception opening hours, you can find your keys in the safe. You will receive an email with the data the day of arrival. Keys must be left in the same place after check out. Please contact Alcazaba Lagoon 2152 in advance for the password.
