  : The location was good.
  : It was a straight nightmare when we arrived. The appartement was so dirty especially the kitchen and bathroom that we started to take pictures straight away. 1 bed was so bad, after constant complaining and sending pictures we received another bed bottom after 2 days. The other bed in the same room was filled with bed bugs and couldn't be slept on. We took pictures of the bug bites as proof. Then another person got injured because a doorframe fell on her foot because of the wind and she walked with a bruised toe for the rest of the holiday. After that incident i asked for another appartement and HomeHolidays promised to see what they could do but they never came up with an alternative or solution. During our stay the list was growing on and on with disappointments. The shower people, is literally 60x60cm!!! We stayed with 4 persons, because the fifth booked another hotel for 600 euro because she did't want to stay in the appartement from day 1 (i am not kidding). Now that we are back for 2 weeks, i feel like i have to write this review. I can go on with so many examples. Like even today i received a message from my credit card company because HomeHoliday is trying to deduct 200 euro from my card. After asking them why, they are claiming we left the appartement dirty, we broke a table and scratched a door. For the information, i stayed with both my parents who are 70 years old and my little nephew. The fact that HomeHolidays is trying to cheat me for 200 euro after two weeks based on a false accusations and all the complaints speaks for it self. But let me wrap it up in a couple of words folks and give everyone a clear advice...skip this accommodation and spare yourself a lot of disappointments. And even though the location is very good the appartement itself is totally not pleasant but also not suitable to stay in, not even for a day. And on top of that the service is very bad.
